The New Old-Scribeit
The last time I updated Scribeit was around 2010. Two days ago I finally updated it. I’d like to apologize for the very late update to all users. But I hope you like the new update.
Before submitting to the App Store, I mulled over whether to release this new Scribeit as a new app due to the fact that I completely rewrote the code from scratch. The advantage of this maneuver, as far as I can think of, is that there’s a possibility, minuscule possibility, that Scribeit could be featured by Apple as New and Noteworthy.
However, there were already people who used Scribeit. And I felt obligated to respect their support by giving them the better Scribeit. So I chose to release it as an update. And I was also curious on how many people still have Scribeit on their iPhones.
As it turned out, there are already 3000+ updates so far in two days. The most downloads was from US. But what’s interesting is, the second most downloads came from China! I guess Chinese localisation is a priority. Anybody can help me with this?

Introducing the new Scribeit for iPhone, the best app to add text to your photo. Scribeit has:
- +100 Fonts! Handwriting, Serif, Solid, and many more. Bold, Italic, Underline, and even Strikethrough formats are available!
- Photo Filters. Lots of them. And cool ones!
